Evolution Clawhammer Banjo is the first and only sample library available to capture the Clawhammer banjo style and the throwback to the pre-Bluegrass performance art. The banjo featured is an open back banjo that has been recorded once again by utilizing Ryan Tilby and his prolific playing style to not only capture the essence of clawhammer playing but also some normal folk articulations that leave this instrument squarely straddling the specialized and the mainstream techniques.
Captured at Rosewood Recording by Guy Randle, the Clawhammer Banjo has the same crisp clear sampling as all of the other Evolution instruments and runs in the Evolution engine. This instrument can add some very interesting textures to recordings even if you are not an accomplished banjo player. Definitely worth a listen.
