The Night Is Calling: Afterglow, Nightrise & Nightglow Are Here! 🍁🎹🌌

Hey friends!

I’ve got something super exciting to share — and no, it’s not a new maple syrup-infused synth (but now that I say it out loud... hmm…). Today, I’m thrilled to officially release a trilogy of dreamy, nocturnal sound collections that have been brewing in the Rocky Mountain lab for a while now: Afterglow, Nightrise, and Nightglow.

These three sets are my little love letter to the magic of the night — that quiet moment after sunset, the deep hush of midnight, and the gentle glow just before morning. If you’ve ever found yourself creating music late into the evening (with a mug of tea or a cold one nearby), this trilogy was made for you.

Let’s take a look, shall we?

🎹 Afterglow — For Keyscape + Omnisphere

Ahhh, that golden hour just after the sun dips below the horizon. That’s Afterglow. Think warm, reflective, soft tones wrapped in layers of custom-sampled textures and rich, expressive Keyscape keys. It’s like musical comfort food — cozy, melodic, and perfect for ambient pieces, scoring, or just vibing out in your studio after a long day.

🌘 Nightrise — For Keyscape + Omnisphere

This one’s for the night owls. Nightrise slips into the stillness of midnight, bringing out the moodier side of your creativity. I layered Keyscape’s deeply expressive keyboards with darker textures and shadowy ambience built from my own custom samples found in Complexity. Whether you’re scoring a moody scene or working on a downtempo track with a little edge, this one’s got you covered.

🌌 Nightglow — For Omnisphere Only

No Keyscape this time — just pure, dreamy Omnisphere goodness. Nightglow floats in that hazy, magical moment before dawn. It’s full of factory keys layered with soft pads, shimmering textures, and slow-burning atmospheres that evolve over time. Everything in here is made from custom sources I designed for Afterglow and Nightrise - but now available to Omnisphere-only users. It’s gentle. It’s inspiring. It’s like musical mist rolling over a sleepy mountain valley. ✨

Ready to Explore the Night?

All three collections are available now over at rockymountainsounds.com

Whether you’re making ambient soundscapes, scoring late-night projects, or just chasing that perfect vibe, I hope these collections bring you as much joy as I had creating them.

Thanks for being part of this creative journey — and as always, I can’t wait to hear what you dream up.

Stay inspired (and stay cozy),
